Cautionary Tone

There has been a cautionary tone to the market today with utilities and real estate higher.  At midday, advancers outpace decliners 1682/1190 on the NYSE and 1407/1352 on the Nasdaq. The Dow is lower by 20 points, while the Nasdaq and S&P are up, +40 and +4, respectively, and near new record highs.

There has not been any major economic news today. The Dollar is mixed, but it has been trending lower. The 10 year is down 1.39% today to 2.628%, but it has been on fire of late.
